Tell your health provider right away if the seizures worsen. You and your health provider will need to know if you need to consider SABRIL while you are expecting. The most common negative effects of SABRIL in adults consist of: obscured vision, drowsiness, dizziness, troubles walking or really feeling unskillful, trembling ( trembling ), and fatigue.
